ULTIMATE AUTUMN BABY BACK RIBS
SERVES 4/ PREP TIME 20MIN
TOTAL TIME 8HR 20 MIN
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of apple sauce
1 cup of brown sugar
Paprika onion powder and garlic powder to cover ribs
2 tsps of cinnamon (1 for each rack)
2 whole racks of pork ribs ( baby back)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 200°
Take both racks of ribs place meat side down. Score through the sinew on last rib length wise along the bone. Take a dry rag or your apron and pull the sinew off back of the ribs.
Generously apply your paprika, onion, garlic rub on both sides of the ribs.
In a bowl mix your apple sauce and brown sugar. Then coat your ribs with the mixture. Sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon on top of each rib.
Tray and place in the oven for 8 hrs. Take out and enjoy mouthwatering fall of the bone autumn rib delight.
